Mohamed Al Mosa

Co-Founder
Mohamed is a UAE national with over 15 years of experience in government strategy, corporate affairs, and international partnerships. He has held key roles at the Tawazun Economic Council, Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), and PureHealth. At Tawazun, he built trusted relationships with major global defense contractors. At ADIO, he engaged with a wide range of technology companies and helped attract them to consider Abu Dhabi as a regional hub for innovation. He brings strategic access, government insight, and a strong cross-sector network to help global companies expand with clarity and confidence.

Husam Suleiman

Co-Founder
Husam is a seasoned business leader with over 28 years of experience in business development and investment management across Morocco. He is well-connected across multiple industries and has been instrumental in enabling partnerships and driving growth in the Moroccan market. As Co-Founder of Smart Circle, he leverages his extensive national network to support international companies entering Morocco. He is also the founder of Messina Construction, operating for more than 16 years in Morocco. His vision focuses on advancing high-impact investment strategies and expanding international collaborations.
